Our Story....

We are Jeremy and Stacy Branham and we have been married for 20 years and share 5 children together.  We met while working at the Nevada Department of Corrections, with Stacy retiring in 2020 and Jeremy in 2021.

In February of 2025, Jeremy went to get a surgery date scheduled for his torn rotator cuff and was informed that he had cancer. In March of 2025, he was given the official diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma, which is a cancer of the bone marrow.  Jeremy's case was considered rare, because it normally afflicts people in their 60's, 70's, or 80's.

As you can imagine, we were in shock, not knowing his survivability or his outcome for this disease.  From March 2025 until August of 2025, Jeremy received cancer treatments here in Carson City, waiting to qualify for his stem cell transplant at UC Davis.  We left Carson City August 5, 2025 for this treatment.  We were told we would need to be there for 6-8 weeks.

We had to leave our children behind at home with Stacy's brother staying with them while we were gone.  Miraculously, Jeremy completed his treatment in 22 days and we were released early. On December 31, 2025, Jeremy was declared in full remission.

We started this non-profit to assist other families with this type of treatment.  The realities of this diagnosis and treatment meant that Jeremy would not be able to work for 6 months, and Stacy would not be able to work for 2 months (as she was required to be with Jeremy for his recovery from his transplant).  We were blessed that we were already retired and had guaranteed income.

After discussions with Jeremy's local oncologist, we learned that as many as 25% of his patients decline the transplant because they cannot afford to be off work for this long.  We were also blessed that family friends paid our rent for the time that we were gone and  UC Davis paid for the hotel while we were there.

Jeremy and Stacy want to provide financial assistance to families so that they can say "YES" to this treatment.

Direct Impact

RESOURCE DISTRIBUTION – FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – TRAVEL GRANTS

Material Support

We distribute essential medical supplies, nutritional supplements, and specialized comfort kits directly to patients navigating their treatment journey. Our goal is to alleviate the physical burdens of care with practical resources delivered where they are needed most.

Financial Assistance

Our fund provides travel grants and direct financial aid to help cover non-medical costs like transportation to appointments and utility burdens. We ensure that families can focus on healing rather than the stress of logistical expenses.
